Your massage should be as unique as you are. Each session is fully customized based on how you’re feeling, the areas that need attention, and what you hope to get from your massage that day. Whether you’re looking for full-body relaxation, focused work on areas of tension, or a combination of both, your session will be tailored to you. A variety of techniques may be incorporated, including Swedish massage, deeper pressure, stretching, and cupping when appropriate. Pressure and focus areas can be adjusted throughout your session for your comfort and needs. No need to choose a specific massage style—simply select 60, 90, or 120 minutes, and we’ll customize the rest.
